If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.

When you submit a contact form, schedule a consultation, subscribe to communications, or otherwise provide information through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information and to receive follow-up related to your request. The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and trademarks — are owned by BlueSoft Marketing or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Client work product created under a paid engagement is owned as specified in the applicable client agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties
