Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing is a family-owned and operated business in Sun City West, Arizona. Robert Jaynes started the company out of his home in 1989 with aspirations to make an honest living in a trade he loved. No matter the challenge, he was determined to deliver superior service, quality products and exceptional service at a reasonable price. He now manages the company with his wife, Christina.
Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing had a website, ran pay-per-click ad campaigns, bought billboard ads, ran newspaper ads, etc. They were pretty much doing all the things that most HVAC companies do. However, they just weren’t happy with their return and the volume of quality leads coming in.
In addition to this, they weren’t experiencing much communication from their marketing company. This left them feeling like they were spending a lot of money without much input or transparency. They felt like they were flying blind while most of their competitors overtook the marketplace they thrived in for nearly 3 decades.
We started working with Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing in the second quarter of 2019. At the time, they were celebrating their 30th anniversary and wanted to take the company to new heights. But a lot of what they were using was outdated. They knew they needed to improve their web presence, but didn’t know how or where to start.
After a few discovery sessions, we all agreed that a holistic approach to improving their web presence would be the best way to achieve their goals. After solidifying their brand elements, we streamlined their reporting and designed a user-friendly website that magnified their culture. From here, we developed a multitude of campaigns that focused on their experience and the importance of service quality.
